More than 25 years after the Rwandan genocide, the responsibility of French decision makers is discussed by
whistleblowers and video archives of the time, which brings to light a huge denial during recent history.
After studying art history, Frédéric Debomy publishes his frst comic book in 2001. The same year, he starts to collect migrants’ words in Burma and directs the book « Burma, fear as an habit » a collection of testimonies and comics. He commits to the fght for democracy in Burma. Meanwhile, he publishes new comics as a scriptwriter. One of them, « Turquoise » deals with
the Rwandan genocide and the role of french politics in that confict.
